Approaches
Every person who comes to me is different. Every session is different. What I draw from depends entirely on what you need in that moment.
These are the modalities I am trained and certified in — the tools I work with to support your healing, growth, and transformation.
NLP — Neuro-Linguistic Programming
NLP is where my journey began and it remains one of the most powerful tools I work with.
At its core NLP is about understanding the connection between how we think, how we communicate, and how we behave. When we shift something in that connection — even something small — it can change everything.
In a session NLP helps you understand why you react the way you do, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, reconnect with what you actually want, and start responding to life differently rather than just reacting to it.
Timeline Therapy
We all carry things from the past. Emotions that never got processed. Memories that still sting. Moments we replay without meaning to.
Timeline Therapy is a gentle but deeply effective way of releasing the emotional charge attached to past experiences — without having to relive them in painful detail.
Through this process we can work through anger, sadness, fear, guilt, and shame — not by pushing them down, but by releasing them properly so they no longer have a hold on you.
What tends to happen is that people feel lighter. More free. Less defined by what happened to them.
Strategic Psychotherapy
Strategic Psychotherapy works with your whole self — not just the presenting problem.
It looks at the patterns, beliefs, and ways of seeing the world that have built up over time — and gently begins to shift them. The approach is completely unique to each person. There is no one-size-fits-all here.
What I find most powerful about this modality is that it does not ask you to keep returning to the past. It helps you understand it — and then focuses on moving you forward.
Clinical Hypnosis
Clinical Hypnosis is not what most people imagine. There is nothing theatrical about it. You remain completely aware and in control throughout.
What it does is create a deeply relaxed state where your mind becomes more open — more willing to receive new perspectives and let go of old ones. It works directly with the unconscious mind, which is where most of our deep-seated patterns actually live.
Every session is completely unscripted and tailored to you. Your own language, your own experiences, your own metaphors — these become part of the process.
People often describe it as the most deeply restful hour they have had in years.
mBIT — Multiple Brain Integration Techniques
Most of us have experienced the feeling of knowing something in our gut, wanting something in our heart, and thinking something completely different in our head — all at the same time.
mBIT works with all three. Based on the understanding that we have complex neural networks not just in our brain but also in our heart and gut, mBIT helps you bring these three centres of intelligence into alignment.
When your head, heart, and gut are working together rather than against each other, decision-making becomes clearer, emotional responses become more balanced, and a deeper sense of wellbeing becomes possible.
I am a certified mBIT Coach and mBIT Certification Trainer — trained in France through the international mBIT training programme.
Inner Child Healing
So much of what we carry as adults has its roots in childhood. The beliefs we formed about ourselves. The ways we learned to cope. The wounds that never quite healed.
Inner Child Healing is a gentle, compassionate approach to going back to those roots — not to dwell there, but to finally give that younger part of you what it needed and never received.
Through this work people often find that patterns which have followed them for decades begin to shift. Relationships change. Self-worth deepens. There is a sense of finally understanding yourself in a way you never quite did before.
It is some of the most profound work I do — and I consider it a privilege every time someone trusts me with it.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that works with the body’s natural energy to support relaxation, emotional ease, and the body’s natural healing process.
It involves the gentle placement of hands on or just above the body — creating a sense of deep calm, stillness, and restoration. Sessions are quiet, gentle, and deeply restful.
I draw on Reiki within coaching sessions where it feels appropriate and supportive for the client.
A Note on How I Work
I rarely use just one modality in a session. More often I draw from several — weaving them together in whatever way feels most supportive for you in that moment.
This is what makes each session different. And this is what makes the work genuinely integrative rather than just a collection of techniques.
